That would be awesome man. I just downloaded the dump. I suppose I need to get a copy of our phone in order to port over everything...? Copy 'n paste or delete 'n re-work. But either way. I am already proud of myself for at least starting! LOL

I have it booting, might have RIL ported, and wifi is now working!!! Will work on camera next. But someone will have to test RIL because my phone is out of service

EDIT: Never mind RIL and WiFi isn't working, I think WiFi is a minor issue with Build.prop RIL is something totally different

I have deodexed it as well as removed some bloatware!!! Should run loads smoother, Still working on wifi. If anyone wants what i have so far just let me know and i will upload it

Grrr... shinru is gonna finish this before I even really do anything... lol... I assume that his computer is a beast considering how much progress he's making... mine took almost an hour to deodex my rom...

I'm on a simple Dell Inspiron Laptop Intel core2 Duo 3Gb ram nothing special... I sold my beast which was my desktop.

Still working on wifi, i do see one issue which is the keyboard. Once the dpi is set to 240 the keyboard gets all itty bitty lol

Maybe porting a Hdpi keyboard over will fix it, i assume the fury is an mdpi phone by the screen res.

Well my desktop was an Athlon II x3 @ 3.2Ghz per core + 4gb ram 1TB HDD and Ati Radeon HD 5830 all on a MSI K9N2 Diamond.

I'm having an issue with it right now and it doesn't want to boot, let me get it back to booting and i will send it.

EDIT: If we can get the 2.6.35.11 source again or i can build a version of the .14 source and see if bluetooth works.... If so then we might be able to get Portable hot-spot and usb tethering since the N850 rom supports it.

EDIT 2: Ok, its booting again. I edited all of the wifi modules plus everything needed for tether to 2.6.35.7-perf+ so hopefully it will work.

EDIT 3: checking to make sure it still boots after some edits then i will upload it for testing

EDIT 4: Aaaaarrrggghhhhh....... Now its not booting again, i hate porting roms.... So temperamental.

I was searching on the web for any other roms from zte that might be worthwhile to us and I found the N880E... it has ics and its cdma... I also found a system dump... anyone think I should give it a whirl?
Edit: lol... zte's devs are lazy... it has the same specs as ours except for the screen (4inch)... it has the same resolution... the same processor... the same ram... the same internal storage... we must be getting ics soon... lol...

Yeah but the only problem is that milk isn't water... it has different chemical properties and may have fried the phones circuits... its amazing what you can learn in chemistry...
