The dock is from Launcher Pro. There are several dock styles to choose from, and comes with it's own set of icons for some apps as well. The clock widget shown, as Maerlim mentioned, is Beautiful Widget. I have since switched to Fancy Widget though.
How can I get to work that dock from Launcher Pro? I have installed it, but can get to work together with TwLauncher.
Can someone tell me... if I switch to LaunchPro, does it keep the pulldown bar that I have with the TW interface? I really like being able to pull down to see notifications AND modify Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Silent and Vibration.

It stays

you can change your apps in your dock
go into the appdrawer, hit menu, change the sorting to customized
hit menu, goto edit, then you can move the crap in the dock
I followed your directions here, cause I really wanna replace the default Mail application on the dock with Gmail... but when I hit Menu > Edit all it lets me do is add/delete homescreens... Am I missing something stupid?
EDIT: never mind I figured out what I was doing wrong. thanks!

Mind sharing how you did it. I can't seem to change the dock icons in the Launcher Pro dock but I can in the Touchwiz.
This widget is called beautiful widgets. The skin is called blackcashmere, and you can enable how transparent you want it to be.
How accurate are you finding the weather with beautiful widgets? I have that on mine (no screen capture installed yet for pics) along with Beautiful Weather Live wallpaper. But it seems the temperature updates seldom, and so then as well, the wallpaper.
It is really cool, but I want it to be somwhat close to actual conditions.

If you click on the date of fancy widget, you will get the preferences screen. By default the refresh interval is set at 2 hours, but it can be anywhere between 15 minutes and one day.
PS - Never mind, you said beautiful widgets. There must be something similar for you too, but I don't know how to access it.

It's pretty accurate, it only updates on intervals though. you can set how often you want it to update. It goes from 15mins, 30mins, 1 hour, 2 hours and so on. But of course the more frequent updates, there goes your battery.
The last time I posted, my home screen looked too much like everyone else with the dominant Sense Clone Clock and Weather widget, and I bought this phone to make it my own, so I needed a change. I also wanted to maximize my battery life by minimizing background GPS activity and having a darker wallpaper. All three of my desires are now fulfilled thus:
My Live wallpaper is now actually playable with neither thumb typically dominant.

Is that ADW launcher? How do you get the translucent bar under your dock icons? What icon set is that?
quick question, how do you change folder icons, styles, sizing, etc? all i know how to change is the name lol thanks
FolderOrganizer. You can change different settings from within the program itself, or you can press and hold on the Icon in the home screen and change the icon from there.

That's launcher pro. To get it looking like I have, go to:
Preferences -> Appearance Settings -> Dock Background -> Glass
The icons are default LauncherPro Icons for Phone, gMail, Applications Drawer, Messaging, and Browser.
The background GPS activity I was speaking of was by the Fancy Widget clock and weather application to get location data. Once I removed the widget, there was no need to get location data for the weather icon.
