If you have the SDK already, set your phone to USB debugging and use DDMS.
  1. The Dalvik Debug Monitor will open. Make sure your device is listed in the upper-left window, and select it by clicking on it once.

  2. click to enlarge
  3. To take a screenshot, select Device > Screen capture …
  5. The Device Screen Capture window will open, and display whatever is being displayed on your Android phone.
  7. On your phone, navigate to the screen you want to capture.
  8. Back in the Device Screen Capture window, click the Refresh button.
  10. The screen you want to capture (again, the one you navigated to on your Android phone) should appear. Click the Save button.
  12. Choose a name for your screenshot, then select a location to save the file. Click the Save button.

Does anyone know if theres an a clock like that htc weather/clock that does the effects like on the htc aria? Like when you unlock phone if its raining for example, litle drops will appear on phone and wipers will clear them. Or when its foggy, the screen will have some fog move accross it for about 3 seconds.
I miss that feature from my Aria

Installed fine (and runs great) for me with `adb install`. I think I got it from 4shared in your link above, the file name is q-ime.apk with md5sum 2ae341417585a2847765d9598575b20.

I see a lot of comments in the battery sectin about "don't use live wallpapers". I've been checking the battery status programs, and it doesn't appear to me that the live wallpaper is using that much battery.

Home screen. Got rid of the Application Tray and moved it to a folder instead. Don't really need it there since I have all my apps organized into folders....
