Is my phone dead *dead* ?

Dear god I think I just killed my phone

. I was restoring to stock firmware and the process got interrupted. Now my phone will not power on. I've tried doing recovery mode but I get no response. Any suggestions? I can't really return it because I got it from someone locally.
