Default Load custom .bks on Samsung Captivate OS 2.2

Greetings, thanks for viewing this post. I've written an app that has to communicate with a webserver. The server won't allow my app to communicate with it without a certificate. Therefore, the web developer has provided me with a custom Bouncy Castle Keystore file (custom.bks) and I'm want to load this bks file onto my device, thus allowing my app to communicate with that webserver. I've tried saving the .bks file to the sd card, then installing from there but no progress...

Any suggestions?

Thanks!!
