My dialpad lags real bad or freezes sometimes even calling people is up to a minute behind everything else in the phone works great.

Im rooted
Gingerbread 2.3.5

Is there a way to fix this I froze or removed all the apps that are not needed or I do not use.

Can I replace the phone system in it? the dialer and stuff?

i tried installing like goex dialer but in call it forwards to to the phone system and still get the freezing dial pad.

Or is there a rom out there that does not erase my data and is very good and keeps my apps and stuff?

Disable the dial-sound and touch vibration in your settings and reboot. See if that helps.
