Default Android 2.2 now? 2.3 in March?
Did I miss something? Do we now have the ability to get 2.2 (Froyo) on our Continuum's?

The article below makes it seem like 2.2 has been available already, and that 2.3 is coming out in March. Supposedly Samsung has promised this (again).

Bigger question is about 2.2 though. I am still runing 2.1. Did Verizon begin offering 2.1 and I just missed it?

That article was only for the international Galaxy S. The fascinate and continuum still do not have 2.2

It looks like there is a 2.2 already built, just that Verizon and/or Samsung will not release it.

Install Android 2.2 Froyo Custom ROM On Samsung Continuum

is where you can get more info on the rom. I have it on my Continuum (SCH-i400) and it works beautifully. Follow the comments from the users and you'll save about 30 min of (Why isn't this... Oh.. that's why. Xo )

Verizon will release Android 2.2 for Samsung Continuum on January 17th, 2012
