How to remove phone functions from droid phone?

Hey currently running rooted Samsung Dart "SGH-T499".

And why would i want to remove the phone functions? I don't anymore since I got google voice running on it now. A buddy threw me the phone for nothing just wanted a computer remote(0.o)...What can I say love my htpc. And Android!
