A friend of mine tried to flash a custom ROM to his Dart and its now a paperweight. It won't turn on and won't charge. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could point me in the direction of a tut to unbrick it and where i cold get a stock ROM.

Well, if you can get it into recovery or download mode, you might have some luck. Let us know if you can get into either mode.

Flashing roms not intended for this device, the t499, can and does lead to bricks. Only use roms designed for the t499.
