Oovoo works well too. You just have to create an account with minimal details, and you can video chat with anybody else that has the app on their phone or computer. You can even switch which camera you're using on the fly, a feature that could be very useful.
You know that the o's are letter O's, right? Not the number? Just type "oovoo" in the market search and it will be the first one. It will be "ooVoo Video Calls."
I have tried Qik (sp?) and Tango both... Tango gives like an echo, squeal, screeching bird sound when I have tried it twice with my wife. She has a Charge as well.
Uninstalled them both, still looking for a workable solution. The oovoo sounds like its worthy of a try.
