Notsure Solar Storm

Does anyone besides me feel that the solar storm this past week has caused problems with the Charge or the VZ network? I'm getting random drops and over the weekend people had problems calling me. I did a few battery pulls and it helped. But phone is a little glitchy now.

Now no one can call me. I called VZW from daughter's in Wi. Rapids. They had me clear the cache in the phone app. I worked for one call then quit again. I repeated the action and one call again. Waaaaa!! I really don't want to give up my phone for someone else's reject.
