Default FTP Server app

Has anyone had luck with this app on your phone?

FTPServer

I used to use this a while back and didn't have any problems. Now I am unable to connect to my phone. I think this is the first time I have used this app while running ICS, so not sure if ICS has a "feature" that prevents FTP server connections...

ICS doesn't care, could be that app not liking your phone now. Try SwiFTP, see if it works for you.

Looks like SwiFTP only works over WiFi. I am looking for an FTP server that lets me connect via 3G. But thanks for the suggestion. I will look for other apps.

I used es file explorer in the past to access ftp sites. Worked pretty well. No wifi required. It's been a while since I've used it though

Seems to work OK on my phone (running FH13). I had a couple of problems at first getting the default directory and user/pass right, but the log kept by the app told me exactly what was wrong. I haven't used FTPServer much (I think USB is a little faster), but it's worked well the few times I've tried it.
