Default Help, All my batteries suddenly showing 0% in phone

Help please.
My Epic 4G Touch suddenly said my battery went from 94% last night to 0% within 10 minutes.
I've tested and wall charged all my batteries, even re-flashed my ROM and still get the same reading on the phone. Shows 0% with a fully charged battery.
Plugged in, it works, but if I unplug it, it shuts down immediately.
I have work deadlines to meet and I'm a little frazzled. Am I screwed??

Thank you for any and all advice!

Sounds like you need a new battery, or phone. You can easily test your battery by trying to spin it on a flat surface. If it spins, it's bad, if it doesn't then something else is likely wrong.
