If you already know this, please ignore thread. I didn't know about this, even a year after being on sprint. I talked to two co workers who had e4gt and they didn't know either.

You can run a version of ICS with most of the BS stripped out of the interface without rooting or running a custom rom.

If you go to "Sprint ID" and look for the ID called "Clean". Download it and select it. It strips out a lot of the BS that Sprint and Samsung throw on top of the interface.

It makes the interface look so much closer to how I remember pure ICS looking when I was running CM9, with none of the risk.

I turned it on when I got my e4gt and haven't turned it off since.

I chose instead to just clear the defaults on the Launcher.TW, and then press home, choose Launcher and check set as default. None of that Sprint ID stuff mucking things up that way.
