Default Phone freezing after replacing LCD Screen.

little bit of background.

I dropped the phone accidentally the other day and it fell flat on the floor. So I bought a separate lcd screen+ digitizer and followed the instructions on how to replace it.

I disassembled and removed the old screen and installed the new one. Phone boots up but it freezes as soon as I touch the screen and reboots after I press the power button.

The phone doesn't charge at all.

Any help or suggestions to point me in the right direction will be appreciated. Thanks.

EDIT: Had a fortunate incident with the phone again. Placed it in the dashboard put the truck in reverse and backed into the driveway across the street. The phone falls again and BAM. Works like a charm.
How's that for luck heh?

Alright. It started rebooting constantly again. Going to perform a factory reset.

If bumping the phone made it work temporarily, maybe when you replaced the screen, one of the five ribbon connectors was not seated properly. Or something else. I'd take it apart, re-check everything, put it back together and try again.
