There's no good excuse for bad manners.

Our lurker to poster ratio is 10:1 and we sign up over 5000 new members within every 10 days, just needing help being welcomed and directed to helpful users.

If this is the first impression you'd like to give of yourselves and of the work we staff do around here, then I'm disappointed to say the least.
