Smile samsung galaxy epic 4g help

Hey everyone am henry and am new here i have a qusetion!!!!i have a samsung galaxy s2 epic 4g flash to boost mobile i got it as a birthday gift i have it For 4 months now and everything mms sms internet call works but now its telling me it wants to update The phone and u want to know if this will affect my flash phone??????

My phone is only flash and is not root but still i want to know if i should update it cuz am scare!!!! Yhz foe The reply For real!!!!
