How can I tell if I have it, is there an app that can scan for it?

Thanks I really want to remove this, ASAP as I don't need anyone looking into what I do, what sites I visit, and watching me. Yea yea yea, I guess I'm paranoid. But I appreciate not having to worry about whose watching what I do.
