No more speed throttling after you reach the limit. Only restriction is no tethering included. I feel it's a bargain at $20 for value plan customers.

How much data can you really use without tethering? Especially since I'd guess most people spend most of their time within range of wifi.

Generally, I've used less than my previous 5GB limit. Sometimes far less. But, the freedom to use more should I ever need to, and for $5 less than the price I was paying.. Plus, there are supposed ways to bypass the tethering restriction. (not as easy as it used to be, but still possible).
