Default Help with random icon appearing after app update...

After unsuccessful Google-ing, I decided I would just have to live with it (or Root, I guess.) Then...
It happened again, about a month later. This time the icon says "com.flikie.mini.(rest is cut off.) Same exact issues as with the first. I've tried uninstalling, then reinstalling, Deleted all folders/files/backup files associated with both apps.
I would like to try solving this without Rooting. Also, I don't use any launchers. Thanks...
