How Do I Take ClockWorkMod Off My Phone?

I had the clockworkmod on my phone i got the recovery reset it to factory setting but its still in my files ( Not In External SD ) I tried the wipe factory reset the regular reset but its still on my phone an its ******* with my Mobile Network turning it off and on all the time can someone please help me?!?
