Default tv out..

can't seem to get the video out to work ...scrambled..

i called samsung and they had no clue so they transfered me to Social Hub and the guy said yes you need the OEM cable..but no clue witch one..So he transfers me to Global(there parts department..

they had no clue..ahhh..

so after a quick research amazon has:

confirmed i need the special cable for that..not any 3.4mm jack with video will work..

I've called them repeatedly about the voice dial crappy app is useless and other software they had in 2.1 but not in 2.2. They are totally clueless. they know nothing and what they think they know is a guess. Telus will only handle network related aspects of the phone. Anything specific to it goes to Samsung. For such huge company and supposedly millions sold they are so so bad.

well thats the new standards of tech support..cheap labour in other contries..they give them books and say you are now a tech..lol

well i ordered on ebay the oem cable for 5.95 shipped..lol keep ya posted
