How do I view what time something was searched in my History?

When I went into my Google browser on my fascinate it showed that something that I know for a fact I didn't look up in the history. I have a pattern screen lock on my phone so I don't know how someone used my Google, but the history says it was used. How do I see the time and date of a Google search on my Fascinate?
