Does anybody know, why Some time Apps are disappearing from the menu???

If they are disappearing after phone restart.Then
Open Task Manager
In the Ram Manager ,Clear the Level and Level 2 memory.

Else get a new Launcher like ADW ,911 Panda .

Default twitter facebook, not syncing
i have official application of twitter, facebook and NDTV. before some day those were working perfectly. but nowadays those are not syncing properly. i have checked all the settings. all are enabled for syncing and auto update. why is this happening. i am tired and feeling so helpless. i have 2g edge connection which is working good. then why suddenly those auto updates not taking place?????

If the apps are in the SD card when restart the phone, they does not show in the menu you must go to setting SD card, unmont the SD card and then mont it, then whn the scanning is complete the apss are shown in menu
