Default upgrade to ICS enabled data plan by accident?
I upgraded my phone from ginger breadto ICS. But i noticed that my data plan is accidentally enabled. I talked to my carrier. They said they didn't do such thing.

So I would like to know if it is ever possible that this upgrade somehow over wrote some setting so my data plan is enabled by accident.

Has this happened to anyone before?
