how do i safely root this device and unroot it wihtout having a conflict

please give me some guides

You need the following :-
KIES (INSTALL & EXIT)

ODIN 1.85 (WORKS BEST)

GT-I8160XXLK7 ROOTED TAR

READY TO ROOT

XDA ARE YOUR BEST BET
