Default how to make external speaker louder?

anybody know how to turn up the speakerphone? when driving, cant hear the other person well, like the speaker is at half volume and its turned up all the way

It's a late reply so probably you figured it out already.

Anyways, there's a way to control different sound volumes on the phone.

Settings - Sound - Volume.

In Volume settings there's an option to adjust the loudness for incoming call, media, system, and notification. I would suggest turning up the volume for media and system and see if that'll work for you.
