Just got this phone after new years and was having no problems with it until I bought a 32 GB micro SDHC Lexar stick. Now when I try and play music it'll run but randomly "skip" or "pop" as if there was too much stuff going on. I tried it with double twist and the default media player, the same thing happened on both. There's less then a gig being used on the stick right now and 199MB of RAM free. I've tried reformatting the stick and that didn't do it. I tried syncing with Windows Media player and drag and drop, same result.
Anything else I can try short of returning the card?

Did you get it to work or did you receive a new sd card instead? Probably the sd card is faulty, but it could also be that the music player app just isn't working correctly. I'm using a 32gb microsd card myself - the card is almost full (200mb free) - and I haven't experienced this kind of problem when playing music or videos. You can try clearing the music player's cache and data under manage applications and see if that'll do the trick.
