Default Charging problem

I turned off my phone last night and put it on charge around 11 pm.
Unplugged it around 5 am.

My phone said it eas at 100 percent when i unplugged it however when i turnedf it on around 7 am it had not charged, it had actuallt dropped from 29 percent to 21 percent instead.

Ive only had the phone a week, charged fine last time but i left it turned on

Is it a problem with my battery or charger?

Sounds like a battery issue. You could try to turn off the phone, unplug the adapter from the phone, and plug it back in again until it displays 100% charged, then see if the battery drops rapidly again or it works as it should. If it still drops significantly in a short amount of time you might want to contact the seller and ask for a battery replacement considering you've only had the phone for a week.
