Default Music drops out occasionally

I have a few GB of MP3 files on my 32 Gb SD card. When playing them back, I get dropouts/skips, whatever you want to call them. They are fairly frequent, maybe once or twice a song, sometimes more.

Is this a problem with bottle necking? Any hints?
