I have received a Samsung Galaxy Ace II phone to use at work. My son programmed everything including my two emails from work. Everything works fine except everytime I receive an email I see the little enveloppe on the left top so I have 2 choices, I bring down the screen and see the title and 2 lines of the messages and if I click on it the message disappear. The other choice is to click directly on the email logo and then there is no message. If by chance I can see the complete email after a couple of minutes it disappears completely. No in the inbox, not in the trash can, anywhere to be seen. I have to use my pc and log on my pc at work to read the emails.

Can anyone tell me how to stop this from happening. Thanks
