Moving apps to your sd will not help with ram, since ram is only used when you open an app.
Also, moving apps to your sdcard often causes problems so be careful doing that.
Unused ram is wasted ram. Android (esp GB and ICS) handles memory quite fine on it's own without your intervention. By keeping an app memory resident, you can reload it quicker.
IMO you are worrying about nothing.
