Can't receive landline calls

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus and I can't seem to be able to receive calls from landlines. It makes calls to all numbers and I don't have problems receiving calls from mobiles and Voip.
I'm not sure it's a problem with the Android OS or with the network, but if anyone has any insight please let me know!

Sorry, Marla, I don't have a clue what would cause that problem, but i did want to welcome you to Android Forums. Hopefully someone who knows what might cause this will weigh in on this thread soon, and if you get it fixed in the meantime, please let us know how you resolved the problem.
