mms pics not downloading

still bonding with my new galaxy ace, need some advice!!
mms with pics....states downloading but nothing happens

do I need to adjust settings??

Hi,
I don't know if you already found out, but for MMS and downloading your pic your packet data should be switched on. Could that be the solution?
