Default Battery will never become fully if i am using it.

The battery will never tell me its finished charging if I am using the phone. Once i just unlocked the phone and waited on the home screen after looking at the menus, after i lock it, it then becomes fully charged. Or if i get board of waiting and start playing a game as 3 hrs charge nearly done however yet i wait and played for half n hour but battery didnt tell me it was finished when i closed the app it said it was still charging as soon as i lock the screen it vibrates and says full charged.

is this normal? and if not whats the problem.

The stock firmware has so many glitches and bugs, its hard to say if its normal or not. You just unplug your phone after 2.5 hrs charging, thats all this phone takes to charge from complete 0.

Then you are in the wrong section mate. This section is for GTS5830 and its variants.
But if the battery is similar to ACE's it shouldn't take more than that to charge it.
