Hi,
The S5830I is actually a different phone to the S5830. They have different hardware.
The voice actions on the ACE are country dependent. Some are not available in some countries. In UK (and on S5830) you can instruct phone to call/send text to contacts from your contacts list. You must have the contacts on your google account for this to work and not just stored on phone/sim.
If you have them stored on google and voice search activated then it must not be available in your region. When the phone came out some features only worked if you changed your language to english US (as this region had all activated)
