Downloading apps from Google Play

Hello,

I'm new to Smartphones and just downloaded a couple of games from Google Play, intallation goes fine but then get screen message 'video cannot be read' and also 'problem in downloading widget'. Got same messages for both games. What's wrong and what do i need to do?
