Previously I have answered a call on my Ace by swiping etc. Twice recently my phone has rung and I've been using it at the time and no phone icon has appeared for me to swipe and I try and 'back up' to get to the home screen thinking this would help but there are still no icons to swipe.

There is also no record of the phone call in the logs section so I don't even know who called me.

Anyone got any ideas or experienced this?

I had this problem, my in coming calls went to voice mail and eventually I stopped getting texts. It was fixed (I hope!) by taking out the sim card trying it in another phone to check it was working then replacing it. Its working ok at the moment. Hope this helps.
