I topped up with 20.00 credit earlier online and since then (may have nothing to do with topping up) but I keep getting the message:-

The process com.Android. phone has stopped unexpectedly, please try again

Whatever im doing pops up and cuts me off

I tried uninstalling any updates from applications, makes no difference.

help!

Does restoring to factory settings make it work anyone know?

Orange cant help me.

Its a Samsung i5801

update couldn't solve it and to my surprise Orange replaced - and on same day sunday delivery!
