Default ICS to gingerbread downgrade Help

So, I took my brother's phone to install ICS, and he likes it but youtube doesn't work on hq or the camera (which he uses all the time) and some other little bugs, He told me to downgrade back to gingerbread, So i used odin to flash gingerbread 2.3.5 with the separate packages, And it worked, Then i went to flash the 2.3.3 S5660m rom back on as one package and odin got stuck on the starting phase

Please Help, I had to give my brother my phone to use, And i really want it back lol

Thanks,
Tony
