Hello! I'm a Samsung Galaxy Indulge (MetroPCS) owner and I'm going on a trip to Europe (Moscow, Russia to be more specific). Does anyone know whether I can get my phone to work there with any of the local providers?

Yeah... sorry, bro.
It's that UICC card thing that's messing it up. Unless metro has a specific roaming agreement with a third-party/company, you can't use the phone elsewhere, since it's basically like a sim card phone, but without any compatible sim cards.
