I know this will get reported on the phandroid front page - but this is one thing I am looking forward to use-------when-------we---------get--------2.1

Others who have gone the odin route can report what it performs like on the i5700

Nothing seems to have come through on my HTC Desire, and yet it says that this update should have happened automatically overnight.

Any ideas?

Turned it on while at work this morning (I was driving to places I already knew, so it wasn't mission-critical) and it worked perfectly apart from the speech. Maybe I have to install a separate speech app?

Ultimately it occurred to me that I wouldn't be able to hear the speech from the i5700 anyway, so whatever.

The Navigation (spoken: "navigate to *my house*") works brilliantly though. Totally usable. Free. Love it.
