Default Outgoing call problem
I cannot make outgoing calls from my galaxy pop phone in spite of available balance. Besides, my balance reduced automatically. I could not find out the causes. Could anyone help me URGENTLY

Regarding your balance reducing, do you have a data plan? Could it be that data usage is eating into your balance?

I advise contacting your service provider right away. Being unable to make calls may indicate a wider issue beyond your own phone.

Can u succesfully attend incoming calls ? If not, u may check the voice volume. i.e, press the volume-up hotkey while in call...
