Can't flash Samsung mini using ODIN

Hi guys,
I bricked my Samsung GT s5570 by installing rom-manager. I tried all the tricks in the forums but no way. I took it to the dealer (still under warranty) and they replaced the inside component with a new one & with new IMEI, with gingerbread 2.3.5 pre-installed (BBand:S5570XWKS2, Kernel V. 2.6.35.7-perf-CL639836 root@DELL126#1, Build# GINGERBREAD.JPKS1).
I can't flash with ODIN! The phone port shows in ODIN but I waited for over 25 min but nothing happened.
ANY CLUES, PLEASE!

Make sure you Close Kies. Then connect your phone in download mode and the start Odin and it will flash without any problem.
