Great, looks like we're rolling through our second round of testman fodder. Only 2 more "testman is down" cycles, and we could beat the Dinc thread on that record too.

my verizon testman home page is blank, aside from menus. Pardon my ignorance, but what the hell is testman?

It's a site built by verizon. They periodically make meaningless changes to it, so people here can investigate it.
It's supposedly a test website for their real website. It has provided leaks in the past, but I think Verizon has caught on, and takes it "Off" of the real internet when they're testing new stuff.

You can't log into it. It's non-functioning. It's used as a test page prior to putting things live on the real site. I've tried logging in at verizionwireless.com and then opening up testman and it logs me out.

For those getting blank testman sites, see if you get one an a Incognito Window so that you're basically starting fresh. Just curious what everyone is seeing -- not that it indicates an SGN release or anything, but figure that puts us all on the same page with cookies and cache, etc.

This is as far as i've gotten, same as a few as the others. VZW uses its own engine to run the website.

Yeah, it finally took me to the phone browser page. I don't see the broken image/placeholder for the nexus though...

according to Paul, it does indeed

what i get from that is that if you have a retail GNex and the bootloader isn't already unlocked, you'll need to unlock it first.

yes. no worries, mate
eventually there may be a way to obtain root without unlocking the bootloader, though.
the insecure boot.img is not the best way, imo.

He tried a rick roll and for some it didn't go over well because they are working and can't multitask properly while maintaining a sense of humor and some tried to launch a slapfest.
Just general moodiness from some nothing to worry about.

Image motherlode coming in! Found the XML manifest file that Verizon is using for the "product views" flash movie. It's located here:

From here, we get the following images:
Still trying to figure out the 360 degree flash movie! By the way, I have saved these images locally in case they take them down.

I wonder how long these have been on Verizon's site?
You got to love this stuff being discovered within our own anxious group.

Who knows? It'd be nice to know if it was recent and evidence of an impending release...
All I know is that I cannot find the 360 degree flash file yet, and I've tried several ways to find it. That'd be something that would be required for a purchase/pre-order page.
