Seriously though the curve is very subtle and you don't notice it at first. If you start to think about how perfectly the phone is fitting into your hand though you start to remember the curve is there. It is just about perfect, IMHO.
I'm gonna +1 this because when I played with one last night I actually forgot about it and didn't even notice the curve.

I remember what felt like a week or so ago, when I hit the 35kth post, I was thinking how crazy this all was. Now we are rounding 40k more than that. You guys (and I) are absolutely mentally ill, crazy and nutz.

Oh great! Verizon has waited so long to release this phone and my husband is so sick of hearing about it that he's now changed his mind about letting me get it! All of a sudden he's wanting to know why I need a $300 phone? Grrr! You would think a computer geek would be a little more understanding!!

Just had a new thing happen on the old OG plugged it in to my computer to charge it rebooted unplugged it and it rebooted again. Not sure why orf what it means but it cant be good. Need my Gnex asap!

Best Buy in Lake Worth (Quebec st) claims Sunday but I'm sure that will fall through.

Yeah, I have a premium retailer that said they would hold one for me, and two Verizon stores. But I have a feeling that if it comes down to them selling out in a few hours and have just one left (mine that is held) they would sell it rather than hold on to it.
I might try the deposit thing like you did. Worse that happens is they sell it and refund my $200

SamMax got a nexus at costco. had it activated, had it home, then got called by the store to return it.
OfTheDamned and Cincy both had one in their hands and activated at BestBuy, but the transaction could not be completed as the UPC was not in their system
Anon (SecretSanta) got one from a VZ reseller, is still posting pics and info through OTD.
Others have confirmed RadioShack has tried to sell them one, only to be blocked at activation, or because of the same missing UPC issue as BestBuy.
Newest rumored release, 12-11, 12-12, or 12-15.
I think that's all.

I know this really doesn't matter. But just left Solomon pound mall in Marlborough, MA. Verizon gave me the usual bull but BB said he has them and he was told Sunday. Figured I would let you guys know. Even though it really means nothing.
What do you think the overall economic impact of lost work hours is due to this forum? I'd say we'd be nearing the millions in lost dollars.
Seriously, I've wasted many more work hours reading this thread and rumors than I would've on the actual phone. To think, getting it in our hands will make us MORE productive.

I was at the mall and stopped in RadioShack just to see what they would say. The guy called his manager and said they have no idea when they're going to be selling the Nexus. Figured as much.
On the plus side, he did have a dummy unit, so I at least got to see the size of the phone in person. I didn't expect it to be as thin as it is. I can't wait to hold a real one now.
