I know people here won't like this but I wonder how many of us would already have caved and bought an iPhone if they had released the iPhone 5 instead of the 4S. An iPhone with at 4"+ screen and LTE. It would be almost perfect. The video and the camera would be great.
Well, if Verizon keeps dragging their feet, we might just get that oppotunity.

But I agree, I've seen some samples that I thought looked outstanding and others that looked like poop. I've also seen some cameras from the Razr that were outstanding and others that looked like crap. I don't know if it's a QC issues with these cameras, but the variability looks to be tremendous.

There was also a post a few pages back about someone being told the nexus was in the equipment guide with the 15th associated with it (like the 9th was at some point), but that it had since been removed (again).
Not sure, the corp business rep and all the vzw corp stores I spoke to said it was listed in the system as the 15th, not just something they had heard. So I don't know if it's just something put in the system as a "tentative" release date or what.. but that's all I've heard from any of the stores, is the system says the 15th.

I would absolutely be in possession of an iPhone 5 already. But I refuse to be locked into 3G only for the next 2 years.

i had already made up my mind before the 4s announcement that if what you said what have happened, i was getting it

I saw some posts about a mailer for 100 bucks? Are you sure thats not just an advertisement for your new ever 2 discount? I recieved a mailer for my 30 dollars. I mean don't get me wrong that would be sweet if they gave me another 30 bucks off.. but this is verizon.. I doubt it...

Exactly. Ill get excited when it actually goes on sale. Rumored release date after release date gets old after a while.
I absolutely agree. The only way to really be sure is when it goes up on the Verizon site (and at this point, even then I'll be skeptical). I keep telling myself I'm gonna stop checking the forum, but it's become like an addiction, I just can't stay away. After such enormous build up, I certainly hope when I finally do get the Nexus it's not a disappointment.

Does anyone know if a Verizon reseller will also abide by Verizon's return policy, or are they allowed to make their own rules? I was forced to purchase an LG POS to get me by until the G-Nex comes out and I hate it with every fiber of my being. I should have just got the Rezound...

To my knowledge they do not. Well I know amazon does not because I had them spell their return policy out in detail when they did the 1ct sale. I also chatted with 2 other resellers and they did not; however I do not know factually that no reseller will follow verizon lead.

The Rezound is not unlocked, nor is it permrooted. Devs are starting to stay away from it, I would too if you are buying planning on putting CM9 on.
Most phones aren't unlocked or permrooted out of the box, or right away. Why would this phone be any different? I hear 4G was an issue for the Thunderbolt, but I can't see giving up on this phone for that reason. HTC claims not to lock the bootloader, though VZW makes sure they are locked. Maybe some devs can get some HTC support?
Well all the Best Buy leaks we have seen on this forum are legit, I seen them on Best Buys screens tonight. The 11th was the on hand date that was leaked about 2 weeks ago, and the one that was posted two nights ago as well about not telling anybody they are available. They had no info whatsoever about a release date coming on the 15th that I could see. That leak seems to only be coming from Verizon stores and Costco. I'm not sure about Radio Shack.

Tebow: Terrible QB, but, if you're denying that he is winning these games, you're crazy. Kid was 3-for-19ish before the 4th quarter. Then, he went like 17-for-23 or something like that. I am sick of hearing about him, but, really, his will to win is ridiculous. BTW, Tebow has more college national championships that Brady, Manning, etc. So... if you're saying he doesn't "win things" in that respect, as a first year starter, it would be hard.
(on another note, I really don't like Tebow the FB player. Tebow the person is fine. But, you should live in FL and hate the Gators... you learn to hate Tebow. Ugh, I am sick of it, but, he's got something, I don't know what it is, but, it's something).
Barber: Picked him up in fantasy. He had a great game for me (20 points).
