Yep - easiest way from a browser is the tool that looks like this in the above toolbar -
That works too - be sure the file type is jpg, gif, png - if it's ending in a numeric reference, or has scripting components, or required session cookies, it won't work.
Give it a go and if things don't work, I'll try to edit the post and help.

Not to bash you or anyone else, but the photo with all the phones lined up has the specs on the nexus completely wrong; stating that there is micro sd support along with 4gb internal/4gb pre-installed for memory.

You mean Monday right? I doubt we'd hear anything on a Sunday from VZW. And to be honest, I am starting to doubt we'll hear anything this week from them. I know, I'm beginning to become a scrooge. But my patience is waning.
Yeah, it says "4GB internal storage/4GB preinstalled" and then says "microSD" right underneath it.

i can tell u while we were in the store looking at the phones one sales lady was taking down the old buyers guides November 2011 Valid 10/23/11-11/26/11. I asked her if she had a new buyers guide she was putting out is that why she was taking them down? she said yes and i asked if i could have one because they were closing and i would be back in a couple of days. she gave me one and here were are now. I am not sure about the mistakes unless some things were going to be altered on the thicker LTE version. Maybe? i am not sure how all that works.

Hmm, I checked the size (both resolution and on-disk size, and it was within both limits) and it also showed it on the screen. In fact, I went to the user control panel and it shows my current avatar and it's the proper pic. I thought it was a cache thing, but I force reloaded and it's still showing my old avatar. I'll wait a few more mins, maybe there is a slight lag of some sort for some reason.

IDK about that! I hope so but I am 110% loosing all faith in VZW. This is ridiculous. They are gonna shove the Droid 4 in our face. I wish there was an easy 1 click root process for Droids, and an ICS rom was easily accesible. I would root all droids on display and put an ICS rom on them so everyone would ask "what is this, this looks cool."
it does thats crazy. u would think Best Buy would have someone to proof read their Guides. they had a whole box full of these things they were getting ready to put out

Ok, theory guys. VZW has hosed this release so badly that they asked Best Buy to really screw up the December ad so they won't look as bad. Amirite?

What other big box stores like Best Buy are on the east coast?
Where I live its pretty much bb is all since circuit city is gone now maybe pc Richards is only real competitor. I assume you aren't including the costco bjs and sams club. They are more warehouse type places

Correct. I checked PC Richard and wirelesszone, no backtags in coding to the nexus.
