Default meaning of icon on top of screen

I am seeing a new icon on the very top left of the screen.

If one starts from the very left and moves toward the center, I have

the time indicator
battery power indicator
strength of cell symbol
wi-fi indicator
unknown icon

The unknown indicator is a rectangle (could be the phone) titled to the right.

Anyone know what it indicates?

Vibrate mode? Hit the volume up key when on a home screen.
And I think you have your left and right mixed up.(clock is all the way to the right)

Thanks. Sorry for getting left and right mixed up.

It is silent mode indicator. If one presses the power button, one sees
"Phone options." The symbol for silent indicator in the options shows on the top of the screen if it selected.
