Trying to change the VOIP voice Codec
Downloadable SIP/VOIP apps have settings to adjust the codec for the best quality for the phone/network you are on. I have searched everywhere and cannot find one in ICS. I am running callcentric using the native SIP support. calls to 1800 numbers are going out, but cannot hear anything. callcentric suggested i change the codec to G711u/pcmu, but i was wanting to do so without the use of a 3rd party program. Or does anyone know what the native codec is?
Thanks!
